INGREDIENTS

2 c. chicken (cooked and shredded)

4 oz. cream cheese (softened)

1/3 c. salsa

½ tsp. cumin

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. salt

1 tbsp. green onion

2 tbsp. cilantro

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 c. Colby or spicy jack cheese

10 flour tortillas (small)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-heat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with foil and spray. 2. Combine cream cheese, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, lime, and salt. Add in shredded chicken, cheese, green onions and cilantro. 3. Add about 3 TBSP. of the chicken mixture inside the tortilla and roll up. Place it seam side down on the baking sheet.
