Darel's favorite color is Green. His guilty pleasure is Bacon. He could binge watch Arrested Development all day if Bob would let him, and he is dad of the year because he knows all of the words and will belt proudly, Hakunah Matata like it is nobody's business.

Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and their five kids. He loves Cherry Coke and some of his bucket list items include participating in an Ironman Triathalon.... Go Todd!

What would we do without Jeni!? She is the glue that holds us together, and hands Bob Red Vines when his sweet tooth starts to get the best of him. She has an eye for decorating and enjoys time with her three favorite people. Jeni loves to travel and soak up the sunshine. If she had a warning label, it would read: Talks a little too loud. Speaks her mind a little too loud. Tends to type a little too loud, also. (or so she has been told...{cough, cough} Bob...)

"I was born and raised in Southern California, however I’ve been here in St. George, Utah since 2001 and I absolutely love it. I attended Dixie State University and then settled down and became the lucky mother of two beautiful girls. We enjoy all the things that St. George and the surrounding areas have to offer. Some of our favorite things to do are travelling, boating, 4 wheeling and wakeboarding. We feel so lucky that all this beauty happens to be in our back yard. With having said that I am also extremely passionate about my work and the team I’m fortunate enough to work with. My duties for our team include: assisting with the advertising, promotion and marketing of all of our listings we have For Sale. I set up and track most of the showings at each home and collect and relay feedback to all our Sellers on a regular basis. Shawnah Maitoza: Buyers Specialist

Shawnah has been a positive part of our community for over 23 years. Her toothbrush is pink and she loves Disneyland. Shawnah and her husband have three children and spend their free time in the beautiful Southern Utah outdoors. Shhhhhh....If you ever can't find Shawnah on Monday night she may or may not be hunkered down with chocolate and a coke zero rooting for ABC's next Bachelor or Bachelorette. (Your secret is safe with us, Shawnah).  

"Shawnah attended Southern Utah University, majoring in Business Administration. Starting her career in the legal field, Shawnah worked for the late, prominent Judge Harlan Burns. She continued to work as a Paralegal for nearly 20 years, even serving as a Director for the Utah State Bar, Paralegal Division. Shawnah’s love for trial preparation, investigation and client services, paired with her success with personal real estate investments, prepared her for a successful career in real estate. Shawnah prides herself on providing her clients with complete and detailed information through every step of a real estate transaction.
