Want to experience one of the Top 10 Most Scenic Marathons

Or walk along side uplifting neighbors and friends during the Mayor's Walk with Mayor Jon Pike and his family?

Or feel the crisp fall breeze on your face as you brave the pavement in the Wheelchair and Handcrank Division?

Maybe you're like me, and just want a snow cone and some pom-poms to wave as these inspirational participants race by...

Well, #CONSIDERTHIS: The 42nd Annual St. George Marathon.

The colorful and vibrant St. George Marathon descends nearly 2,600 feet from the beautiful purple and blue Pine Valley Mountains, over and around the volcanic black lava rocks of Diamond Valley, down through the white Snow Canyon boulders, and into the red rocks that we call Dixie.

With over 6,000 people taking part in the race, the 16th largest in the country, our very own St. George Marathon was voted as People's Choice, "Most Organized Event". With seventeen aid stations and 26.2 miles of cheering loved ones, from 47 different states, you won't find an un-happy face (or a parking spot) in sight.

Come show your Southern Utah pride. Bob Richards and Associates will be volunteering the Aid Station at mile marker 25. We like to think it is one of the most important miles on the course. Come sit by us, help hand out water, and give one more boost of confidence and energy to our incredible athletes. We will be reminding them to #FINISHSTRONG and of course to CONSIDER IT ALMOST DONE. Which is a phrase we hope you will never have to hear from us again.
