Cinnamon Syrup

INGREDIENTS

2 C. Granulated Sugar

1 C. Light Corn Syrup

½ C. Water

1-2 TSP. Ground Cinnamon

1 (12 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk

 INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon in a sauce pan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Boil for exactly 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat.

Let it cool in saucepan for 5 minutes.

Add evaporated milk while constantly stirring.

Serve warm and enjoy!

(Store in jar or container in fridge for up to three weeks)
